Welcome to the website of SVU Volleybal!
At SVU there is a place for everyone: with 9 women’s teams, 6 gent’s teams, and 1 mixed team we are one of the biggest student volleyball associations in Amsterdam. So, whether you are an experienced player or picking up a ball for the first time, everyone is welcome.
Our enthusiastic committees make sure there’s always something happening: from exciting tournaments like the International Tournament and the Night Tournament, to unforgettable events such as the introduction weekend, a dazzling gala, ski and surf trips, and countless other activities throughout the year. Most importantly, SVU is a place to play volleyball, make friends, and create memories that will last a lifetime, both on and off the court.

Driekamp
This years driekamp will be from 13:00 to 19:00 at Sportcentrum VU, with doors opening at 12:30. This year, we’re adding a Mexican twist 🌮🎶, with not only after drinks 🍹 but a full-blown afterfiesta 🎊💃! Besides the fiesta we are also planning to provide a delicious dinner🍴. So sign up quickly because there are limited spots!
Volleyball isn’t just for indoors, we play outside too!
Whether you’re completely new to beach volleyball or already know how to dive in the sand like a pro, this is a great way to try something different, improve your skills, and enjoy the summer vibes together with fellow SVU’ers. Come get a taste of beach volleyball with us!
